Warranty Information

The Original Kneading Fingers by Clark™ comes with a standard 2 year parts and labor warranty. You can upgrade to a renewable 4 year parts and labor warranty with our Product Protection Program. You save when you purchase the Protection Program along with the machine!

Don’t be fooled by companies who advertise a Lifetime Warranty with the product. The cost of carrying a lifetime warranty is built right into the price of the massage machine. In addition, a good question to ask is “Does the lifetime warranty pertain to your lifetime or the lifetime of the machine?” The lifetime of the machine may only be 3 or 4 years. Be sure to read the fine print!

Important Note: Over time, the double-knit polyester covering on the Kneading Fingers™ will eventually wear out. It is very important not to use the machine once the fabric cover wears out or starts to tear. This is a replaceable part that can be ordered by calling Clark’s service department 1-800-748-7172. It is not safe to use if the fabric is torn or wore out. Discontinue use until the fabric covering is replaced.
