Shipping and Returns
Clark Wellness ships all domestic and international orders via Federal Express. We are not able to ship to P.O Boxes at this time. Be sure to enter a valid physical shipping address during checkout.
Please contact our customer service department if you need to cancel or are refusing your order. A $20 cancellation fee will be charged on all canceled or refused shipments that have already left the Clark Wellness shipping facility. This is to cover the additional charges incurred by Federal Express.
Products purchased from Clark Wellness carry a no-risk 60-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it for a refund, please follow the instructions below.
VERY IMPORTANT: Prior to returning any merchandise, contact Clark Wellness at 1-800-748-7172 between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday for a return authorization number. Clark Wellness will not accept any products returned for a refund without a return authorization number.
All merchandise being returned must be received by Clark Wellness in substantially as good condition as when received (including packing materials, accessories and shipping box) within 60 days from the date of purchase or a restocking fee will incur. Customer is liable for all return shipping and handling charges. Clark Wellness does not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.
For your convenience, a return shipping label can be requested when calling to receive a return authorization number. The return shipping label is only valid within the lower 48 contiguous states. The shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund when the return shipping label is used. Ask the customer service representative for more information regarding the current return shipping charges. Any previously paid rebate resulting from the purchase of the unit being returned will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected by our receiving department (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
Clark Wellness will not accept any returns for refund after 90 days from the date of purchase.
