Kneading Fingers – great for the young and old!

Jordan is an active 12 year old girl.  She loves to use the Kneading Fingers to help loosen up her muscles and sometimes get some relief!  Of course, she likes to act a little silly for our cameras!  The Kneading Fingers is going to help her feel in tip-top shape for her next game.  Sink some 3 pointers Jordan!!!

Vegetables???? How have you gotten your kid to eat them?

Thick Wallet = Sciatica???

Did you know that sitting on a thick billfold can put pressure on your sciatic nerve, the major nerve running through the buttocks? Moral of the story: Lose the fat wallet—ease the back pain.
Clark Wellness products can also help ease the pain associated with sciatica…

Healthy Snack Recipe

Here is a fun recipe that “kids” of all ages should like.  You get the health benefits of bananas and of coconut oil…I made these last night and it must be helping already, because I remembered the recipe without looking it up!

Frozen coconut-banana treats

4 T. coconut oil

4 T. coconut milk

4 T cocoa

1 tsp. honey

Melt above ingredients , get about 5 bananas out of the freezer  (I peeled mine and cut them in half before I put them in the freezer) while the chocolate mixture cools down put out some flaked coconut on wax paper (I also added slivered almonds -heard macadamia nuts are good too!) Dip the bananas in the chocolate mixture, roll in coconut and put on wax paper in a container.  Freeze at least 30 minutes.  Clean up the spare “mess” and eat it!  This could make a wonderful breakfast treat that only feels sinful or even a dessert!  I am thinking of mixing mine with some greek yogurt!  YUM!

Olympic Mania is over…

Olympics are over, but that is okay…we are finally enjoying some cooler weather. We can shut off the television and enjoy some time tending to our brown yards and flower beds! At least we were able to use our Exerciser Elite, Reflex Wave, and Kneading Fingers while we were at home cheering on team U.S.A.!!!

Alzheimer’s

At Clark Wellness we want our families, friends and customers to enjoy life to the fullest.  Our line of health improvement machines can help keep you feeling energetic and alert.  It is also so important to watch your diet.  It is amazing how many natural products can be beneficial to ailments and diseases, but just never heard of.  I found this quite enlightening on helping those with Alzheimer’s…
